The space opens onto a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, small appliances, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not supplied), etc.), with a bar or dining area perfect for enjoying meals in a convivial setting.
The bedroom, separate from the living room, is intimate and cosy, with a 160/200 double bed, shelves and a chest of drawers, providing a real space for relaxation. Top-of-the-range bed linen is provided, ensuring optimum comfort from the moment you arrive. Shower towels are also provided for your added comfort.
The large bathroom is a real asset to the apartment: equipped with a magnificent walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit, it combines comfort and modernity.
Located on the courtyard side, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day, in a quiet environment away from street noise.

Our bed linen and towels are cleaned by a professional launderette in Grenoble to ensure they are spotlessly clean.
Please note that arrival is possible from 3:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Likewise, check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest. For late departures, please contact us in advance.
Parties and noise are forbidden. Please take care when listening to music or television. In particular, close the windows to contain the sound and be reasonable to respect the neighbors.
