The luxurious one-bedroom villa/apartment, The Loft, is terraced on Gustavia's hillside and overlooks the iconic red rooftops and harbor. A well-equipped kitchen, with adjacent dining and living areas, is integrated into an elegantly decorated and airy open floor plan that merges with the outdoor space via an extra-long infinity pool. The spacious and well-equipped master bedroom, with its French king bed, includes a walk-in closet. A spiral staircase ascends to the mezzanine where guests can enjoy HDTV, DVD, Blu-ray, and Apple TV that projects onto the fold-down screen. A small office and powder room are located next to the living room. Guests appreciate being able to walk to the bakery, restaurants, stores, and Shell Beach, as well as having parking in the garage that is halfway between the villa and the street below. Exterior stairs lead up to the apartment.
